" SAPHAL" (Rani Laxmi Bai Mahila Vikas Samiti) is a parents movements for early care, Special Education, Pre-vocational Training, Skills Training and placement and sports –recreation development for persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mentally Challenged and other PwDs through advance technology, multi disciplinary team to make productive citizens and economic rehabilitation.
To make an inclusive society, free of discrimination against the under privileged, people with disabilities, destitute children to enjoy equal opportunities and an enhanced quality of life and make productive citizens of India.
