A)      Projects

1)       Improvement in the facilities of the on-going project 'SAPHAL Shiksha-Sambal Yojana, by including :

•  
  • A science practical lab with basic equipment
  • Providing membership of public libraries to the students
  • Usage of audio-visual learning material
  • Regularly organising Concept understanding and Doubt Clearing Sessions

2)       Making & Maintaining Health Cards for SAPHAL students, their siblings & other children living in their vicinity. This project is important because health awareness has been generally found to be low. These health cards are intended to be

3)       Providing a Bridge Course to SAPHAL Students and other unemployed youth from economically backward areas for the purpose of :

•  
  • Motivating and preparing them to get admission in ITI and other Vocational Training Institutes.
  • Enhancing their skills to get employed in pre-identified organisations with additional inputs like placement, on-the-job training and counseling for adapting to the new job. This matter is being discussed with ITI representatives, CII and business houses.

B)      Events

            SAPHAL Society will continue organising activities, awareness programs and events as mentioned in point no. 4 of page 2. We would make effort to increase the reach & the effect of these programs.
